We would highly recommend! Our furnace unexpectedly went out and Joe was able to get us back up and running in no time! Joey and his crew did an outstanding job on our new HVAC system.The house was built in 1925 and the install was no easy task. The install was very clean and they took the time to make the basement duct work not intrusive at all.System operates wonderfully. Very Happy.

After not having AC for two weeks I called Vitale & Son - Plumbing, Heating and A/C and spoke to Joe. He came to my house last week to check out my AC unit. He came back and said I needed a new motor. So he ordered the piece for me and today he worked on my AC unit. He finally got my AC working. I definitely recommend him for service. Thanks Joe!!

I called on a chilly day that we discovered the heat wouldn't turn on. Joe squeezed us into his stops for the day. we were so appreciative because other places were too busy and scheduling a week out. This is my Plumber forever ! Let me tell you I have had them all Walker, FJHess, Pocono Mountain. Joe is 1000% above the rest. I call him at any given moment I have a return call from him in minutes. I can text him and he will respond .He walks me through each and every step he is doing in layman terms.He shows up when he says he will show up ! He’s honest full of integrity and appreciative of my business . He always gives me a heartfelt thank you. He’s a business man and doesn’t push and make me feel like my business is not important. That’s a big pet peeve of mine when a plumber thinks he’s doing me a favor by just showing up. I've used Vitale for several jobs over the last few years. My first time working with them was after a big brand plumbing company told me my backed-up sewer line was collapsed and quoted me $7000 to dig and replace. Joey disagreed with that assessment and arranged to have the line jetted, which completely opened it up and saved me about $6800. Since then, we have had them replace our furnace, hot water heater and install a central air unit all as separate jobs. Every job has been priced fairly and completed incredibly promptly. After working with Vitale several times, I could not recommend a better service for plumbing and HVAC. I have always been extremely happy their quality work and professional conduct. He quoted me at less than half the price of Rotor Rooter who also couldn’t touch the curb side valve. Rotor rooter also wanted to use shark bites which is crazy. This guy was honest and definitely a professional. I’ll never call another plumber again. I couldn’t believe I saved almost three hundred dollars by using his service compared to Rotor Rooter, enough said!

Amazing experience! They came to my home expecting to do a regular cleaning but since the furnace had not run in over two years there were many issues to be solved. They spent the extra time to take care of the issues and didn't break my bank. Joe was responsive and honorable with communicating with me regarding a oil furnace that was having issues. We spoke for a few minutes for him to get a pulse on the unit and ideals so we set an appointment (vs an emergency call which they also offer). When Joe and Nick came out, they were prompt knowledgeable,friendly, and clean (masked) with their servicing. They had parts in possession ready if needed. We also chatted about potential future water plumbing and other proactive oil tank options.

My husband and I are new to the area and shortly after moving in, we found out we had a leak in our water line outside. We had one company suggested to us and after a day on the job we were told they couldn’t handle the issue and we were basically on our own.
My husband found Vitale on a Friday afternoon and by Friday night we already had a time set up to meet with them. Super friendly and responsive.
On time, organized and friendly. The job that stumped another company was executed flawlessly by Vitale in one day. Joey is very friendly, knowledgeable and professional and updated us on the progress of the job, and kindly explained everything that had been done when I got home after work.

Joey was the best!! Our family home, unfortunately, was not weather protected due to unforeseen circumstances and all our pipes burst in the dead of winter. Joey came out on the edge of the weekend for an emergency visit to come check it out and helped assess the damage before it got worse. I was desperate and he was the only company that answered me!!
The following week Anthony came by to fix all the pipes himself and was so nice and hardworking. Everything is fixed now and I couldn’t be happier. I truly appreciate Vitale & Son Plumbing.
